Raw Kombu, Sugar Kelp and Wakame, frozen, whole leaf or minced – for adding to stocks and products such as vegan sausages, being high in protein, zinc, magnesium and with strong umami flavour.
Cooked Sugar Kelp and Kombu, whole leaf, raw or minced. verdant green, subtle taste, adding al dente texture and nutritional value to many foods. Very versatile. Products are frozen but can be dried on request.
Cooked Kelp noodles, bright green verdant, best in class and the only product of their type produced in Europe. Extremely versatile.
