Potato Salad

• Boil potatoes.
• Fry onions and garlic in a pot with some sugar
• Add balsamic vinegar and let it reduce. 
• Add some vegetable or beef stock
• Cut the potatoes in slices and add to the pot. 
• Add a bunch of  fresh parsley, some mustard and salt and pepper. 
• Close the lid and let the potatoes soak up the liquid. 
• Add the kelp mince, lemon juice and finely cut spring onions and mix thoroughly.
